Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

· Follow the maintained and the provided route scheduling & route efficiency (GPS is fixed in each car) as advised by the Supervisor or Direct Manager.

· Maintain safe and secure environment.

· Ensure that items and products are placed properly in the vehicle.

· Effective daily attendance mechanism and report any absents or sick leaves to Direct Supervisor and Human Resources Department.

· Effective time management implementation to ensure tasks and assignments are effectively.

· Ensure that he will be carrying his valid QID, Health Card, license, and food handling certificate at all times (Can be in the van) and report any expiry issues to Direct Manager and HR.

· Ensure that he uses the company uniform and that its tidy.

· Ensure employees follow are local regulations required to perform their duties.

· Effective follow up process (Set a specific completion deadline for every assignment) and time management techniques.

· Ensure that he will have all necessary tools related to his job such as cleaning materials, hair net, gloves, masks, glass cleaner …. etc.

· Ensure that machines will be cleaned daily. by the batch members (Cleaning Materials to be in the car on daily basis).

· Ensure that products are placed as instructed by the Direct Manager.

· Ensure that all products placed and are priced correctly (Correct price for any specific item/product) as instructed by the direct manager.

· Ensure that all product’s expiry date will be checked, traced, and removed (If it will expire within one month) from machines. To immediately notify the Direct Manager of any related issues.

· Ensure that the products received from the store are in line with the store requisition and ensure that the car inventory are accurate.

· To Ensure full compliance with the company set SOPs and Procedures.

· To Ensure that standard forms are effectively used.

· To ensure that cash payments are reduced and follow the stipulations provided by the direct manager.

· To ensure that correct backups are attached to all invoices (in case of any).

· To Ensure that all expenses are preauthorized and that all back ups are attached with any expenses report.

· Cost control oriented.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader.

· Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business regulations and SOPs.

· Must be able to apply simple mathematical operations related to his daily work.

· Must be able to define problems and report to direct manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: QAR1,300.00 – QAR1,600.00 per month
