*Executive & Wellness Assistant *
Our client is seeking an experienced Executive & Wellness Assistant who will mainly work remotely, but will also be required to work on-site with travel & accommodation provided. Ideally the candidate will be open to international travel, with no requirement on where they are initially resident.
*Monk Mode (On-site 14wk/yr)*
Monk Mode 1: Feb 12th, April 2nd – 7 Weeks
Monk Mode 2: Aug 16th, October 3rd – 7 Weeks
*Duties & Responsibilities (~9hr/day, ~50hr/wk)*

Work/Executive Assistant:
Data entry
Scheduling meetings
Booking trips and accommodations
Willing to travel often
Able to work remote
Research Responding to emails and DMs
Itinerary creation/management
Personal Assistant:
Reminders or directly respond to messages
Meal prep*
Light housecleaning*
Wellness Assistant:
Tracking health and nutrition
Massage* (Experience preferred but not required)
Meditation & energy work* (Experience preferred but not required)
*Explorer Mode (Virtual outside of Monk Mode)*

Discretion, privacy, & security are of utmost importance (NDA will be required).
Travel with client internationally when needed.
Flexibility regarding working hours / days off: Explorer Mode 5 days/wk ~ (5hr/day, 25hr/wk) || Monk Mode req. 6 days/wk ~ (9hrs/day, 55hrs/wk)
While traveling with client (when it is not possible to take a day off) you will be compensated with time off at another date.
PTO/Vacation will be mutually agreed – 30 calendar days / year
Proper international medical insurance will be provided Essential travel arrangements and accommodation provided.

Estimate ~ $25,000 – $30,000/yr
Yearly raise (inflation match minimum relative to residence)
Will start on a 1-2 month paid trial before long term employment and contracts conversations.
Explorer Mode (8.5mo) – $1,250/mo
Monk Mode (3.5mo) – $4,000/mo
Virtual – $12-15+/hr
On-site – $20-$30+/hr
Salary flexible according to experience & qualifications (starting at $25k/yr + benefits).

Salary: QAR91,000.00 – QAR109,200.00 per year
