About the Project:
Projects Governance, to streamline the projects initiation, execution, and reporting process.

Scope of Work Summary:

Assist Planning and Quality team and projects leads in building their projects plans.
Participate in projects’ team meetings to provide status updates on active requests and troubleshoot risks, issues or challenges raised and impacting delivery Follow project management processes and direction as defined by the Planning and Quality Unit.
Compose, and edit correspondence and reports related to projects and KPIs status Supporting the delivery of projects as required.
To assist with quality control of all projects or work stream activities per the Operational plan.
Manage daily, weekly and monthly reports Support various project teams in the preparation and control of the project schedule.
Follow up on change requests, projects schedules and set deadlines for various stages of assigned projects Adhoc admin / project requests as and when required.
Qualifications:

3+ years of work experience, with strong preference for experience in a project coordinator role.
Arabic speaker.
Experienced in using Microsoft Project 365 and PowerBi.com
Experienced in Microsoft tools –
Good excel skills required Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
Good presentations skills
Working with multiple departments to understand and communicate extensive details of their initiatives

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: QAR6,500.00 – QAR7,500.00 per month
