We are into Staffing Business, looking Payroll and Welfare Officer for us at Doha Location. Please find Job description below:

Job Description:

Experience: 4 to 5 Yrs

Salary : 3000 QAR + (Food + Accommodation + Transportation)

Responsibility as Welfare Officer:

· Establishes and maintains good relationships between Managers and staff

· Assists in the resolution of specific disciplinary or grievance cases, including acting as an arbiter between the staff and the Manager

· Builds employee relations capacity and enables management effectiveness through the execution of proactive employee relations initiatives and the delivery of targeted training programs.

Responsibility as Payroll Officer:

Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
· Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information

· Resolving payroll discrepancies

Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
Requirements:

· Degree or Diploma in relevant field

· Hand on Experience in MS Office

· Hands On Experience in all Excel Formula

· Accounting Background would be added advantage

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize

· Valid Passport required
